Friends of Michael House

On 6 th July 2004 Michael House doubled accommodation available, offering more spaces to people in need.

Residents of our new property (number 46), of course, receive the same care and support as those in number 48." As a new project number 46 does not receive funding from the Supporting People".

We are therefore dependent on our own resources to raise funds from our loyal "Friends in the Community" to accomplish our mission: a situation familiar to Michaels Ltd from our night shelter days.

To this end we launched our "Friends of Michael House" project in October 2004.

The response to our appeal has been excellent so we are once again very much a "Community Charity".
